Personal data of our clients are very important and we consider them as sensitive data, hence we try to protect them at the best. To ensure this we save only data which we are progressing — data which we have already processed is deleted as soon as possible. Please be aware that we need to store some data for example for tax purposes, which we need to keep according to our local Regulation for a defined amount of years. If there is no need to store this data anymore to react on request, we are archiving this this only if necessary — we delete/destroy data if we don’t need it anymore.

By accessing our website www.sis-plus.com data is exchanged with your device especially through the browser which you are using. Those data is automatically transmitted to our Website. Those data is automatically stored and automatically removed:

We would like to inform you, that data which is transmitted over the internet (especially in mail commmunication) could be compromised due to security gaps. A full (100%) protection to prevent someone else to access your data cannot be ensured.

The content of this website was carefully elaborated, but we cannot ensure that everything is correct, complete and up to date. As a service contractor, we are according to § 7 Par.1 TMG for our own content on our website responsible. According to §8 to 10 TMG we cannot Monitor and evaluate data which comes from different sources and identify if those data is valid and not against any regulation. Obligations for data deletion or data restrictions remain untouched. Liability of such cases is only applicable if we get to know any concrete actions / data against law. After we get to know that there is a breach of regulation on our website, we will remove this content as soon as possible.

Especially we need to provide you why this data is processed, under which category the personal data is listed especially if this is shared with 3rd parties. Furthermore we need to provide you the information how long data will be stored. Furthermore you can ask us to amend, delete or exclude your data from processing. If we have received your data not directly from you we need to provide you feedback on from whom we have received your data. Furthremore you have the right to ask detailed questions about your personal data.

b.) According to Art. 16 GDPR you can ask us to immediately amend personal data which is not correct or not complete.

c.) According to Art. 17 GDPR you can ask us to delete your personal data immediately if there are no rights for free expression affected and information, which needs to be fulfilled according to the underlying regulation, contracts, due to some public interest, or in case of rights interest.

d.) According to Art. 18 GDPR you can ask to restrict the processing of your personal data, in case there is a valid evidence that the data is not valid or if the processing is not allowed according to the regulation, when you don’t want us to delete the data or if we don’t need to store the data anymore, or if there are rights interests which needs to be considered or if you dissent that we can process the data according to Art. 21 GDPR.

e.) According to Art. 20 GDPR we can transfer your personal data which you have provided to us in a standard machine structural format or claim to transmit personal data to another responsible person.

f.) According to Art. 7 Abs. 3 GDPR you can recall your approval that we can process your personal data at any time. With your recall to that consent, we are not allowed to process you data any further.

g.) According to Art. 77 GDPR you have the right to complain at the regulatory authority, if you have the opinion, that we don’t stick to our obligations as an website operator in regards to processing and Katherina personal data. In general you can complain at the regulatory authority at your place / working place.

7. Recall rights

If your personal data is processed due to valid reason according to Par. 6 Abs. 1 S. 1 lit. f GDPR, you have the right according to Par. 21 GDPR to recall the processing of personal data, in case there are valid reasons, a special situation or in case of a recall targeting direct advertisement.  In the last case you can execute your general recall right — you don’t need to describe speciality of the situation, we will act accordingly.

You can see that the data transmission is secured by the key symbol in your browser search line.  Furthermore we have technical and organizational secure mechanisms in place to protect from random or deliberate manipulation, partiale or fully loose of the information as well as access by not legitimste persons. Our security mechanisms are amended according to the technology standard and are improved continously.
